"I just completed my Hajj with them. Overall, everything went well. Everything was well arranged in Mina and Arafat. The most challenging part was at the hotel, where we had to wait 4 hours to get our rooms. The problem was not with the agency but with the hotel's management due to the high number of pilgrims. Fortunately, the guides stayed with us throughout to assist. "
