L’agence TAWAF s’est occupée de tout pendant notre séjour, nous n’avions à nous soucier de rien. "Ik heb de Hajj met Tawaf gedaan en ik ben zeer tevreden over de service. De reis was uitstekend georganiseerd en de gidsen waren altijd beschikbaar voor hulp en advies. Wat me echt opviel, was de persoonlijke aandacht die we kregen, vooral tijdens de drukke momenten in Mina en Arafat. Ondanks de grote drukte zorgde Tawaf ervoor dat we altijd op de juiste plek waren en dat we ons comfortabel voelden. Het hotel was goed geregeld en het transport was betrouwbaar. "Je rentre tout juste du hajj, cette expérience m'a changé. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi Tawaf ! L'organisation était parfaite de A à Z, les hotêls étaient proches du haram et étaient propres. La pension était complète donc pas de problème au niveau de la nourriture. Les guides nous ont aussi conseillés les endroits ou trouver des souvenirs pas très coûteux. "Performing Hajj is a lifetime experience. I tried to perform hajj in 2023 but it's difficult to book a package on Nusuk, there is too much people. This year I tried wth Tawaf and alhamdoulillah, I just came back from Hajj. They helped me with everything (even for my refund of 2023 on Nusuk). I hope Tawaf will have an agent or an office in Sydney soon."

"I was really hesitant before pre booking but alhamdu lillah they kept their promises. Hotels were very good, we got business class ticket in hhr train, tent with AC and buffet for meals. Guides were very helpful and didn't let us alone, always asking if we were ok or if we needed anything. We were 25 pilgrims per group, accomodation in mina and arafat were very good. I hope i will manage money to perform hajj with tawaf again next year Insha'Allah."
